Welcome & Intention

These Terms & Conditions are designed to create clarity, safety and mutual understanding when engaging with Your Journey To Wholeness. By booking a session, participating in services or purchasing a product from The Soulful Collection, you agree to the terms that apply to your booking or purchase.

Who provides this work

Your Journey to Wholeness is a practice created by Michaela Burrell and delivered through Datalorian Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 13082387.

Scope of Practice & Disclaimer

Somatic Journeying is a gentle, body-based, trauma-informed process that supports reconnection, regulation, integration, and embodied change. It is a holistic, educational, and supportive modality, not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or mental health conditions. If you experience acute distress, crisis, or symptoms requiring professional care, you are responsible for seeking support from qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.

Client Responsibility & Medical Awareness

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during and between sessions. You are encouraged to:

• Seek appropriate medical or mental health advice where needed

• Be aware of your own medical history and limitations

• Inform me of any relevant medical, psychological, or emotional changes

• Communicate any discomfort, distress, or concern before, during, or after sessions

Intake Forms & Client Agreement

Before your first session, you must complete the intake form and acknowledge this client agreement via Google Forms. Sessions cannot proceed without completed forms submitted at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session. This ensures I can guide your process safely and with awareness.

Sessions, Packages & Time-Based Credit

• Sessions are typically 90 minutes (minimum 60 minutes) and booked online via Calendly.

• Packages are purchased as hour-based credits, not fixed sessions, allowing flexibility while maintaining clear boundaries.

• Time is tracked in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter-hour.

Attendance, Timeliness, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions must be attended on time; late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be cancelled.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Sessions cancelled without 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Emergencies are accommodated with care and understanding.

Session Pacing & Depth

Session focus and depth depend on your safety, nervous system regulation, and capacity to meet emotions and sensations. For new clients or one-off sessions, work is typically gentle and exploratory, prioritising safety over depth.

Payment & Payment Plans

• Sessions or packages cannot proceed unless payment is made according to the agreed schedule.

• Payment secures your booking and confirms your place in the container.

• Clients may upgrade one-off sessions to packages within 7 days, applying the cost of the first session toward the total package.

Package Validity & Expiry

• 6-hour package: valid for 12 weeks

• 15-hour package: valid for 30 weeks

• 30-hour package: valid for 60 weeks
  Unused hours expire at the end of the package validity period and are non-refundable.

Recording, Notes & Confidentiality

• Session notes, health details, and personal information are kept confidential and stored securely.

• Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. On rare occasions, sessions may be recorded or transcribed for personal professional development. Any recordings or transcriptions are never shared without your explicit consent.

• Anonymised, de-identified examples of general patterns may be shared for educational, creative, or teaching purposes. Themes may inspire artistic work, but client identities are never disclosed.

Non-Discrimination

I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences and practice in alignment with non-discrimination principles.

Safety & Scope Disclaimer

Somatic Journeying may bring awareness to physical sensations, emotional release, or shifts in perception. On rare occasions, you may experience unusual or intense sensations. You are responsible for your wellbeing and should seek external professional support if needed. My role is to guide and support your process safely, not to treat medical or psychological conditions.

Consent & Acknowledgement

By booking or attending sessions, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

• Participation is voluntary and your wellbeing and integration remain your responsibility

• Sessions will be guided according to your current capacity, starting point, and personal boundaries

About The Soulful Collection

The Soulful Collection offers clothing, accessories and meaningful gifts featuring original designs created for Your Journey To Wholeness.

Many pieces are produced individually after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-made stock. This made-to-order approach does not remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order through The Soulful Collection, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges and other costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be fulfilled.

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, I will contact you as soon as possible and refund any affected amount.

Product Information, Colours & Sizing

I take care to describe and present products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and small variations can occur as part of the printing and production process.

For clothing and other sized products, please take a moment to review the sizing information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality or otherwise does not meet the standards required by consumer law.

Made-to-Order Production & Fulfilment

Soulful Collection products are generally produced by a specialist third-party fulfilment partner after your order is placed.

Production time is separate from delivery time, and once production has begun it may not always be possible to amend or stop an order before dispatch.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

Delivery

The Soulful Collection currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery charges will be shown during checkout before your order is completed.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith, although delays can occasionally occur for reasons outside my reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, your order will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible and, where possible, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so I can investigate promptly with my fulfilment partner. This timeframe does not limit any statutory rights you may have beyond that period.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error afterwards, contact me as quickly as possible and I will do my best to correct it before dispatch where this is still possible.

If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, an additional delivery charge may apply if you would like the item sent again.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Full details of your cancellation and return rights, including change-of-mind returns, sizing issues, refunds and how to contact me, are set out in my Returns & Resolutions Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified me, the item should be returned within the following 14 days using the return instructions I provide.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Please contact me before sending anything back, as the appropriate return address may differ from the address shown on your parcel.

Damaged, Faulty, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible and, where possible, within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a few clear photographs so I can investigate promptly with my fulfilment partner. This timeframe does not limit any statutory rights you may have beyond that period.

Please do not return the item unless I specifically ask you to. Some production issues can be resolved without requiring a physical return.

Nothing in these Terms or my Returns & Resolutions Policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

Because Soulful Collection products are produced individually to order, I do not currently operate a traditional exchange service.

If you would prefer another size or colour, the simplest route will usually be to return the original item in accordance with the Returns & Resolutions Policy and place a new order.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers and free-delivery offers are subject to any conditions stated with the individual promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in combination with other promotional offers.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

The artwork, illustrations, written content, product designs and branding used within The Soulful Collection remain the intellectual property of Your Journey To Wholeness / Datalorian Ltd where applicable.

Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item you receive. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design.

Designs and artwork may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Future International Orders

The Soulful Collection currently ships within the United Kingdom.

If shipping is extended internationally in future, additional delivery terms, taxes, duties or local consumer protections may apply.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you greater rights than these Terms, those rights will take precedence.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
