My Promise to You: Returns & Resolutions
Thank you so much for bringing my creations into your world. Every single piece in this shop is uniquely made-to-order just for you. Because I don't hold a warehouse full of inventory, this mindful approach to creation helps us reduce waste and tread a little lighter on the Earth.
Because of this custom process, here is how I handle it when things don't go perfectly:
When the Universe Hiccups (Damaged or Flawed Items)
I want you to absolutely love what you receive. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we are so sorry! Please let me make it right.
What to do: Email me at michaela@yourjourneytowholeness.life within 30 days of receiving your order.
What to include: Please attach a clear photo of the issue and your order number. I’ll get a free replacement sent your way as quickly as possible.
Lost in the Ether (Packages Lost in Transit)
If your tracking number hasn't budged or your package seems to have vanished into thin air, don't worry.
What to do: Reach out to me within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. I will work with the delivery company to track it down or make sure a new package is sent out to you. (Note: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer).
Mindful Sizing & Changes of Heart
Because your item is birthed into the world specifically for you the moment you hit "purchase," I generally cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. To ensure your new piece feels like a perfect fit, please take a moment to review the sizing charts detailed on every product page before checking out.
However, I believe in leading with empathy. If you find yourself facing truly exceptional circumstances, please gently reach out to me via email. I handle these rare situations with an open heart on a case-by-case basis, and I will always do my best to listen and find a supportive resolution.
